MOZA Racing unveiled its first racing hardware developed under the official licensing program for PlayStation at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The announcement marks a step into PS5 console racing for a company whose existing simulation range includes direct-drive wheel bases, steering wheels and pedals. Three products form the announced line-up: the R5S Pro Racing Simulator, R16S Ultra Racing Simulator and R16S Ultra Direct Drive Wheel Base.
They represent three ways to approach a racing setup. Two are presented as simulator packages for people seeking a more complete arrangement; the third is a standalone wheel base for those who want to assemble a configuration around compatible MOZA hardware. All three centre on direct-drive force feedback, in which the wheel base’s motor provides steering forces to the driver. What each of the three products offers
R5S Pro Racing Simulator. MOZA describes this as an all-in-one direct-drive package combining a wheel base, steering wheel and pedals. Alongside the hardware debut, MOZA says it is collaborating with Polyphony Digital on a racing wheel controller with native support for Gran Turismo 7. That connection is central to the announcement: a racing wheel for PS5 needs both console support and games that can use its controls and feedback as intended. MOZA says its racing line-up for PS5 consoles is planned to support Gran Turismo 7 and a growing selection of compatible racing titles from launch.
